i5 World-Runtime is a system designed for modeling, simulating, and orchestrating complex environments using explicit world state, append-only events, and deterministic replay.

World-Runtime provides a repo-native and agent-runnable architecture, allowing both human operators and AI agents to function with total transparency and no hidden context. The platform ensures deterministic decision-making by utilizing an append-only event history and a world graph to reconstruct states with absolute evidence.

Key components include a Simulation Engine for testing “what-if” scenarios in isolation and a Policy Engine that enforces strict operational guardrails. A dedicated Reasoning Layer incorporates large language models (LLMs) to assist with state interpretation and proposal generation while remaining subject to governed approval boundaries.
