The public site is designed to explain INDUSTRY 5 without requiring an account.
The essentials
Contact. We use your message to respond. Email opens in your mail app; the legacy contact form uses Airtable, which processes what you submit under its own privacy terms.
Ask i5. Your question and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate a sourced answer. Please leave out confidential information. We don’t save conversations or send them to analytics. OpenAI may retain data for abuse monitoring; our requests disable response storage.
Site analytics. Self-hosted WP Statistics measures visits and link interactions. IP addresses are anonymized and hashed; full browser user-agent strings are not stored. Visitor records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days.
Basic operations. Hosting logs support security and operation. WordPress uses cookies for editor sign-in. External links and embedded services have their own privacy practices.

Questions and a short conversation history are sent to OpenAI with excerpts from approved public content to generate a sourced answer.
INDUSTRY 5 does not save question or answer text in its application database or analytics. Conversation text is held in the open browser tab and cleared when you leave, reload, or choose Clear conversation. Short-lived request counters use a hashed network identifier to limit usage; hosting infrastructure may separately retain access logs.
We disable Responses API application storage. OpenAI may still retain content for abuse monitoring under its API data policies; this is not a promise of zero retention. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive information. Read OpenAI’s API data controls.
