World Runtime v1.1.0 is a public GA release from INDUSTRY 5, available under the Apache 2.0 license.

Supported surfaces include the App Server, Public API v1, starter Python SDK, package entrypoints, persistence migrations, extension contracts, and runtime administration interfaces.

The release also adds managed local services, provider and task routing, and a structured-extraction reference stack. Their internal manifests and reference assets have separate support boundaries.

Public domain scenarios make the architecture tangible.

The supply-network example explores disruption and reallocation. Power-grid scenarios examine cascading constraints. Multi-agent scenarios examine delegated proposals and branch review. Each offers implementation evidence to inspect and run.

The repository identifies stable interfaces separately from experimental and best-effort materials. Public maintainer support is best-effort.

These examples demonstrate technical patterns. Enterprise deployment still requires validation of source mappings, access controls, failure recovery, performance, and decision ownership. Demonstrated scenarios do not establish customer outcomes or production readiness for every domain.
